The whole core journey. Every frame is live — tap a name, enter a PIN, filter by category, scale a batch. The top bar, the identity chip and the card treatment are not copies that happen to match — all three screens mount the same components, so a fix to one lands on all of them.

The card opens into the thing it was a card of. Same bar, same chip, same clock — fourteen minutes later.
What is shared One bar: wordmark, divider, where-you-are, clock, identity chip. Back appears from K2 onward; K1 is the root and has none.
What changes The section hue. K1 is Home slate, K2 and K3 are Recipes orange — chips, focus rings and primary buttons all follow, without a single named colour in the markup.
The clock 04:58 → 05:06 → 05:12. A real pre-dawn shift, and a reminder that Night shift is the theme these screens will mostly run in.

Photos No bakery photography exists yet, so every tile shows the striped placeholder. The tiles stay distinguishable without it: each card carries its category as a label and its name at reading size, so the photo is the one thing missing rather than the thing doing the work. Drop real images in and the stripes disappear.
No yields in the grid Browse cards carry a subtitle where one helps and a prep time where one is known — but no batch yield. The yield is the scaler’s number on K3, and a grid of big figures nobody is scaling is just noise.
Add recipe Secondary, next to search, sized one step below the primary tap targets. Present because you asked for it, quiet because recipes are really written on desktop.
